I was skeptical about using a remote with something like this because I figured it would be laggy and what if its gonna fall on its own but thankfully it responds immediately and changing direction is simple, even my mum figured it out without me explaining it twice.

What I actually like is the spray system built into it. You fill it up, it mists the glass as it moves, and you get a proper wet clean rather than just a dry wipe. Makes a real difference on windows that have not been cleaned in a while.

its suction power is no joke, you can hear the difference compared to weaker models. it grips onto the glass and does not budge unless you tell it to, which makes cleaning the outside of upper floor windows feel a lot less nerve-wracking

the spray function actually works. my old one had a water attachment that clogged after the second use and I ended up just doing everything dry. this one sprays evenly across the glass and picks up the grime in one pass.

using the remote to guide it into corners is genuinely useful. it has its own cleaning pattern but when it misses a spot I can just take over manually and steer it there myself, that level of control is something I did not expect to have.

the suction holds even on my bathroom tiles, I have been using it on surfaces beyond just windows and it performs consistently. the squeegee strip picks up water cleanly and there is no dripping mess left behind.
